利用系统生物学与合成生物学方法,研究肠道中病原真菌的耐药机制和致病机制，关注肠道微生物群落中真菌与细菌的互作关系及其对疾病发生、进展产生的影响。
翟冰博士，中科院深圳先进技术研究院合成生物学研究所研究员，本科毕业于中国农业大学生物科学专业，博士毕业于美国Texas A&M University生物系，之后在纽约Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center从事博士后研究。研究成果发表在Nature Medicine, Nature Immunology, mBio等。
