李楠博士/副研究员

合成生物体系中的蛋白质组时空动力学研究

李楠,副研究员,博士生导师,中科院深圳先进技术研究院合成生物学工程研究中心PI。他于厦门大学化学化工学院化学生物学系获得学士学位,于荷兰莱顿大学数学与自然科学学院获得硕士和博士学位,在欧洲分子生物学实验室(EMBL)和德国癌症研究中心(DKFZ)从事博士后研究。其实验室主要研究方向是化学蛋白质组学在合成生物学与分子药理学中的应用。研究成果发表在Nat Protoc, Curr Opin Chem Biol, Nat Methods, Leukemia,ACIE等国际知名期刊。
