Normalized introduction of talents
In order to deepen the operation service of the park and help enterprises in the park to recruit talents, Shenzhen Institute of Synthetic Biology and the Industrial Innovation Center jointly launched the program of “Recruitment of Talents from Universities 2023”. In the recruitment program this time, a total of 21 enterprises with nearly 100 vacant positions, will go to the campuses of universities such as Nanchang University, Wuhan University, Harbin University, and Jiangnan University to recruit talents.
Meanwhile, in order to achieve “accurate docking and push” between job vacancies and resumes, the Innovation Center issues job vacancies for the enterprises, prepares recruitment manuals and update the recruitment demands of enterprises in time. It publicizes the job vacancies and collects resumes from channels such as recruitment network, WeChat group, WeChat public account, release recruitment information in a timely and normalized manner and widens the recruitment in different channels to introduce high-end talents to boost the development of enterprises.

21 registered enterprises offer nearly 100 jobs
Compared with the last year, the number of enterprises participating in the recruitment this year increased by more than 40%, and the number of jobs increased by more than 50%, attracting 21 enterprises such as Cytorola, Powered Carbon, Superior Synthesis, Biosysen and Aimi Life, involving several tracks of the industry, such as diagnostic and testing equipment and technology; biological molecules, channels and routes; environmental and sustainable development. Near 100 positions such as mechanical engineers, electronic engineers, electrochemical engineers, strain engineers, fermentation engineers, engineering management, and sales positions were offered. The salary range of most positions was 10,000 - 20,000 yuan, an increase of 5.4% from last year.
Recruitment in the campus
The Innovation Center will actively sign a co-building agreement with universities for the co-building of an employment and internship base. It provides the enterprises with services such as talent supply, education and training, and applied talent training. It helps enterprises to solve the talent demand in their development, open up the talent supply and demand channel, seamlessly connect the needs of outstanding fresh graduates and enterprises, and provide more and better two-way choices for the majority of graduates and synthetic biology enterprises.

The joint recruitment event of synthetic biology enterprises is an event of recruitment from universities continuously organized by the Innovation Center. Before the recruitment, we fully surveyed the demands of enterprises for employees in the research and development, accurately build a point-to-point service mechanism to actively solve the recruitment problems of enterprises; and provide talent support for their high-quality development.”
So far, the Innovation Center has become the most important carrier for Guangming District to gather synthetic biology enterprises and promote the development of synthetic biology industry. With the continuous development and growth of enterprises, the requirements for the industrial development environment will be increasingly higher. In this context, the construction of a complete enterprise service system has become an important mission for the development of synthetic biology industrial park.
At present, in order to build a complete business service system, it is necessary to start from the demands of enterprises.
